Report an infringement.

Crocodiler has no public catalogue and does not store streamed audio. We still accept notices concerning an account, invitation or grant and can revoke access or restrict repeat infringers.

Required notice

• Your legal name, authority and contact details.
• The protected work and evidence of ownership or authorization.
• The Crocodiler account, invite/grant identifier or other precise locator.
• A good-faith statement and an accuracy/perjury statement where required.
• A physical or electronic signature.

Send notices to [COPYRIGHT_EMAIL]. Do not send audio files unless requested. We do not promise a contractual response time. Valid, complete notices are prioritized and may trigger an immediate reversible freeze while they are assessed.

Response

We validate the notice, preserve minimum necessary evidence, disable the identified grant when warranted, notify the affected user where allowed and track confirmed repeat infringement.

Counter-notice and appeal

The affected user may appeal in the app or respond to [COPYRIGHT_EMAIL] with identification, the disabled locator, the reason removal was mistaken and the declarations required in their jurisdiction. Restoration occurs automatically when the triggering signal is invalidated or after review when legally permitted.

Abuse

Knowingly fraudulent notices may lead to rejection, account action and liability under applicable law.
