1. Service
Crocodiler is a paid local-first audio player. Optional sharing lets an account holder grant one identified recipient temporary-link access to stream an album from the holder’s online device.
2. Accounts
Sharing users must be at least 16, provide accurate information, protect credentials and comply with applicable law. Local playback remains available without an account.
3. Content rights
You may grant access only to material you own or are authorized to transmit. You must not use Crocodiler to infringe copyright, bypass DRM, sell access, create a public catalogue or distribute unlawful material.
4. Private grants
An invitation expires after five minutes and may be redeemed once. A redeemed grant remains until revoked, blocked, deleted or suspended. Playback requires the owner’s source device and network availability.
5. Enforcement
Automated systems may immediately freeze an identified grant or sharing access while a report is assessed. Local playback is not affected. Every automated restriction is recorded, explained with a reason code and eligible for appeal. Permanent repeat-infringer action requires validated evidence, review or a binding legal order.
6. Availability
Peer connectivity, mobile operating-system background limits and third-party infrastructure may interrupt playback. No uninterrupted-availability guarantee is made.
7. Purchase
The app is purchased once through the applicable store. Purchases, refunds and family-sharing eligibility follow that store’s terms. A purchase on one store does not automatically transfer to another.
8. Termination and deletion
You may delete the sharing account at any time. A verified request immediately disables sharing and ends issued and received grants. Primary account data is removed within 30 days and encrypted backup rotation within 90 days. We may suspend sharing for security, abuse or legal compliance.
9. Liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Any permitted exclusions, liability cap, governing law and dispute venue must be inserted as [REGIONAL_TERMS].
