1. Scope

This policy covers the Crocodiler mobile apps, invite landing pages and private sharing service. Local playback does not require an account.

2. Data we process

• Account identifiers, email where supplied, authentication and age-confirmation state.
• Opaque device, invite and grant identifiers, revocation, block and report state.
• IP address, request time, coarse network diagnostics and abuse-prevention events.
• Optional crash diagnostics only after explicit consent.

3. Audio and library data

Audio files, artwork, lyrics and the local library remain on your devices. Crocodiler maintains no public catalogue and does not store streamed audio.

4. Purpose

Account and grant data provides requested sharing features. Security data prevents abuse. Optional diagnostics are processed with consent.

5. Retention

Active grants remain until revoked or deleted. Routine security logs are retained for up to 30 days unless required for an active security or legal case.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete account data in the app or through account deletion. Verified deletion immediately disables sharing and revokes active grants.
